Medical doctor programme
For medical doctors, medical ethics and medical law is part of the professional training curriculum that runs through the programme from the first to the eleventh semester.

Registered nurse programme
Within the nurse's programme, ethics courses totalling 7,5 credits are distributed over the three years of the programme.
Nursing philosophy and ethics in theories and models of caring sciences (7,5 credits) as an electable course for Caring Sciences B and OLVO A (Organization and leadership in health care and caring sciences). Both courses are offered by the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences.

Midwife programme
Within the midwife programme we lecture on for example professional ethics for midwifes, abortion ethics and the ethics of pre-natal diagnostics.

Specialist nurse programmes
In the specialist nurse programmes we offer tailored lectures for specialities such as intensive care, palliative care, primary care, psychiatric care and surgery.
