Social programme for participants and registered accompanying persons
Welcome evening, June 13
Early arrivers are most welcome to one of Uppsala’s most popular pubs, Katalin and All that Jazz. Meet friends and colleagues in a relaxing atmosphere for a welcome drink. The welcome evening is included in the registration fee. Please mark your attendance on the registration form.
For the upcoming evenings, Katalin is the official waterhole and conference pub. Just show your badge at the bar and receive a discount.

Guided tour of the Linnaeus gardens, June 14
At the end of the conference day, a guided tour will be provided in the famous botanical garden of Linnaeus. It was the first botanical garden in Sweden founded in 1655 by Olof Rudbeck the elder. Today approximately 1300 species are grown here. All known to have been cultivated by Linnaeus and arranged according to his own system.
When: Monday June 14 at 16.30
Where: We meet
in front of Uppsala Concert and Congress Hall for a joint walk.
Note: The tour must be marked on the registration form. The fee (120 SEK, VAT included) includes entrance fee and drink.
Conference dinner, June 15
There will be a buffet dinner served at on June 15 at 18:00. Entertainment and buffet will be provided during the evening.

(The previously announced guided tour on Monday morning has been cancelled due to limited interest).
Organisers
The conference is arranged by Cesagen at the universities of Lancaster and Cardiff and the Centre for Research Ethics & Bioethics at Uppsala University.
The Centre for Research Ethics and Bioethics is an interfaculty centre at Uppsala University.
Cesagen is a collaborative research centre which is funded as part of the ESRC Genomics Network. The Centre is based at the universities of Lancaster and Cardiff.
