Erica Falkenström

Erica Falkenström holds a PhD in Education with a focus on organization and leadership. She is currently employed as a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Futures Studies in Stockholm, with a specialization in organizational ethics in healthcare. Her research deals with knowledge production and knowledge utilization in healthcare governance, and with ethical competence among healthcare managers and in the governance of the healthcare system. Erica has extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary research projects, and education of medical managers. In 2021, she was awarded the Swedish National Council on Medical Ethic’s ethics prize.
